RHNP.NET(RATIONALIZATION OF HOUSE NUMBERING PROJECT) _____________________________________________________ Informatics India has developed a Software Solution for Rationalized House Numbering Project (RHNP.NET). It maintains the database of Wards, Locations, Streets and House Holds along with the 14 column correlation data. It has features for Entry, Verification and Approvals, which ensures the quality of an authenticated Database.
RHNP.NET creates a House Numbering Cell ,Provide Infrastructure, engage Task Force, conduct the House Hold Survey and launch the Project.This Product has Administrative and Technological aspects involved in it. Administrative aspects involve setting up House Numbering Cell, identifying the task force, procuring base maps, providing infrastructure, Set targets, supervise the work force, check the work quality, take responsibility for the quality and report the progress to the required Officers / places. And the Technological Aspects include, Digitalization of base Maps, Generation of locality wise scaled maps, use the nhnp.net software to handle, Verify and Approve the items in the database to generate Rationalized House Numbers, correlation data and the related outputs. . STAGE I:A) DIGITALIZATION OF BASE
MAPS: Informatics India will digitalize the
base maps to the Vector Formats and generate Locality wise
scaled drawings. These drawings will be used to update with
the latest survey data of new and modified House Holds B)

creation & updation; updating Autocad drawings; generating
and assigning rationalized house numbers. The steps involved
are,
A) House Hold Database Creation and
Updating, B) Verification of
Survey Data in the database, C) Authentication of House
Hold Survey Data, D) Updating AutoCAD
Drawings, E) Checking and passing the detailing and quality of
the Drawings and F) Generating and Assigning
Rationalized House Numbers.
STAGE IV:CREATION OF LOCALITY WISE FINAL
DRAWINGS:
After updating the drawings, The
Consultants will take up shaping them with streetwise color
schemes and boundary definitions as per the scale. This would
be the final phase of the Project for a Locality.
